Return policy
You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
How it works
- Contact us at support@bluequirk.ma with your order number.
- We'll walk you through the return steps.
- Once we receive and check the item, we process the exchange or refund.
Defective items
If an item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we'll replace it at no cost.
